REPORTING CHANNEL
How to Report Content on Fotto

This document is an extension of the manifesto of the Fotto platform and aims to formally communicate how the reporting channel works for issues related to inappropriate or improper content (such as copyright or trademark violations, cases of violence, abuse, nudity, or inappropriate behavior by the photographer) and/or issues of exclusivity of photographic coverage at events, reinforcing our commitment to a safe and transparent environment for the commercialization of photographs.
Overview
Fotto acts as a technology platform for the commercialization of photographs, where all content related to the sale of photos — referred to as galleries or events — is created and made available directly by its users (photographers or photography companies), through their personalized store Running Land Fotos, and not by Fotto itself.
That is, Fotto works as a collaborative digital environment, which connects those who produce professional images with those who want to buy them, without the platform creating the published content.
Content Reporting Channel
Fotto has a formal channel for receiving issues related to inappropriate or improper content, and issues of exclusivity of photographic coverage at events, accessible directly on the platform www.fotto.com.br as well as in the personalized store Running Land Fotos. In this way, anyone can access the respective gallery/event or a photo to report the content.
